Introduction Text I am a woman of great faith who is determined to take control of my health. Since I started Spark I have lost 142 pounds. I am comfortable with my appearance but still need to tone my muscles more. My greatest accomplishments in life are my 3 beautiful, smart accomplished children. I am blessed with grandchildren. I am a goal setter and believe that everyone should set goals in life. Short term and long term. I enjoy photography, hiking, genealogy, community service, traveling and I love to cook and spend time with my children and grandchildren. I have health issues (Meineres Disease and Fibromyalgia) that have taken me out of the work force sooner than I planned. In 2013 I fought breast cancer and won. I want to be able to get up each day with a smile on my face knowing that I am trying to be the best that I can be. I am not one who fails. If my heart is in this I will succeed. My heart is in it!!!

1. Journal 2. Exercise at least 4 times per week 3. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily 4. Maintain a positive attitude

Wake up and begin my day positive. Drink lots of water and 5 calorie or less per serving beverages. Journal my food intake and my exercises. NEVER give up!
