I am going on my ninth year with Spark. Where have I gone? Not very far. But the plus (If you can call it one) is that since I've joined, I've more or less maintained and not gained. I was on a steady gain after moving up here and being a stay-at-home mom. I'm on the brink of medically needing to lose weight, so I have to try harder. I need the motivation. This needs to be the year for me.

My Goals:
Get out of this rut I'm in. Stop saying "tomorrow" and start saying "today".

My Program:
 More sleep, more exercise, less stress, less food. HA!


Personal Information:
Had a rough couple of years, but am hoping 2019 will be a turning point. I don't know where I'm turning, but I can't go straight anymore -- it's a dead end road.
