Hey Steph! So nice to hear from you!! Hope you are getting to enjoy at least a little bit of summer in between all of your working!! No Vegas lately, though it has been hard to resist with all the cheap and free hotel room deals that keep flying at me!! I am headed to NY for a few weeks at the end of the month, so looking forward to starting off my fall on the east coast. Apples..mmmmm...:) Sorry that you missed out on our "Making the Cut" gang, but I think everyone else except me pretty much dropped out along the way...I just finished day 30 yesterday :) Doing each circuit twice took me about an hour, not including warm up/stretch time....Each week you have 4 days of working out, and 3 days off (where you can do other cardio if desired). I got some great results, and am feeling great! You also mentioned 30 day shred, which is different (it is a video rather than a book). Those workouts are around 25-30 minutes per day, every day for 30 days. Don't be a stranger! ;) 4187 days ago

Thanks Steph! But I decided to go to 155 ... so I have 13 left. I'm doing 30 Day Shred again and while I'm waiting for Making the Cut to arrive from the States (they don't sell it here in English) ... and maybe that will be the shove I need to finish up strong and stay there.
