My Goals:
Be pop free-Done!

Get below 180 -Done!

Get below 170

Get below 160

Get below 150

Get below 140

Get to 130 or below

Drink 8 ounces of water daily

Eat less fast food

Eat more fruits and veggies

To eat healthier

To have a neat and organized house


My Program:
No more Pop!

Drink my 8 glasses of water a day!

Eat 1 servings of fruit a day

Walk at least 20 min a day

Strength train twice a week at the Y

    omg I'm such a slacker!!! I can't believe I just realized your note was sitting there waiting for me from EONS ago.... I really am so very sorry. To answer your question, DH/M won't let me run because he feels that it would only cause me problems with my knees & ankles. It doesn't matter if I tell him I would wear a knee brace etc.. he just won't have it. Oh well, no running for me but there are tons of other ways to get my fitness minutes in - I just have to make myself do it.. still trying to get back on the Spark wagon!! Hope that you're doing well, chick!
