Introduction Text Life is all about choices. It's up to us to chose the ones that make us happiest. All too often we allow fear and ego to rule us. What we must learn is fear and ego keep us from living the life we dream of. Once we release fear, ego, worries, stress, doubt, jealousy and anger we can then open ourselves up to receiving love, acceptance, happiness, abundance, joy, prosperity, and peace. Do what makes you happy, Be with who makes you smile, Laugh as much as you breathe, Love as long as you live. I am loving, I am caring, I am creative, I am kind, I am intelligent, I am empathic, I am intuitive, I am beautiful!

To educate myself on healthy, chemical/toxic free, back to basics, natural, organic, green living. Focusing on healing myself naturally with whole, organic foods. Eliminating toxic products in the home such as beauty, plastics, household cleaners, garden. Drink filtered water. Get plenty of sunshine and exercise. Get out in nature. Have faith. Be grateful. Count your blessings.
