I've been battling my wegiht since 1999. I'm tired of the YO-YO diets. I have lost a lot of weight when I'm focused on diets and then guess what I gain it all back. I really need to do something. I'm tired of battling this weight. I eat the wrong things I have no support from my family. They too eat the wrong things. My goal is to lose 100 pounds. I don't have a time frame I just want it off. It's not all about looks either. Cause I look good fat or skinny. LOL!! But I just want to feel good. No more lazy Carmen. I was in a very abusive relationship with my children's father. He mentally abused me and physically abused me. He put me down on my looks. He always told me I was too fat to wear this or that. I can remember when he would rip some of my clothes because he said I was too fat to wear them. Believe me I was covered up. I always careful in buying clothes that he would approve of. I couldn't even go to the grocerie store with my Family without him being mad that I took to long. Then came the beatings from this man. I was young he was older than me. I was 19 when I started to talk to him then came children. So I always felt stuck. I'm now a single mother. I have given my life to Jesus Christ let me just say that I'm restored and redeemed by his precious blood. I have now lost 29 pounds in one year. I know its a little slow but I had some problems last year. I caught the lazIIdios. I'm a different woman now and I need and want too be healthy in 2013. This has to be it. I want to be in ONEDERLAND!. It's close I can see it from afar. Don't need my binacolors to see it anymore. ONEDERLAND here I come! Christian SISTER 'A woman's heart should be so hidden in Christ That a Man should have to have to seek him first to find her. When I say…I'm a Christian' I'm not shouting 'I'm clean livin' I'm whispering 'I was lost, now I'm found and forgiven.' When I say…I'm a Christian I don't speak of this with pride. I'm confessing that I stumble and need Jesus Christ to be my guide. When I say…I'm a Christian I'm not trying to be strong. I'm professing that I'm weak and need his strength to carry on. When I say…I'm a Christian I'm not bragging of success. I'm admitting that I have failed and need God to clean my mess. When I say…I'm a Christian I'm not claiming to be perfect. My flaws are way too visible but, GOD believes I'm worth it. When I say…I'm a Christian I still feel the sting of pain. I have my share of heartaches, so I call upon the Lord’s name. When I say…I'm a Christian I'm not holier than thou, I'm just a simple sinner who received GOD's good grace, somehow!!

I'm starting all over again!! 1. I just want to be a healthy weight. 2. Look and feel healthy. 3. Go up a flight of stairs without losing my breath. 4. Knees to stop hurting. 5. eating healthy daily fresh foods. 6. 30 minutes at least of exercise 3-7 times weekly 7. Drink lots of water 8. be faithful in weigh in weekly. I'm eating healthy and counting calories. That's what works for me. I'm exercising 3X's or more a week. Walking and working out.

33 Years of age Devoted Christian Attend the Potter's House Christian Center in South PHX for worship. Lived in South PHX all my life. I have 2 wonderful boys that are a blessing.

My favorite book is the BIBLE! I read it every single day. Jesus is God!! I'm mexican american love to cook that's why i'm on this website trying to lose weight.
