My Goals:
My goal is to feel in control and comfortable in my body.

My Program:
 Exercise three days a week.
Keep my calorie intake under 1700.
I'm soon going to start seeing a licensed social worker to help me figure out some better strategies for controlling my diet.


Personal Information:
My family consists of me and two little boys. I really and truly want them to have control over their bodies as they grow up. I love and am inspired by my husband and have really wonderful people in my life!
