My Goals:
I want to get healthier, and find some balance in my eating life. I feel very out of control. I want to eat to live,not the other way around!

My Program:
 I walk pretty much every day...it's my eating habits that are spinning out of control. I need help, and accountability, and this site looks like it may be just what I've been looking for.

 I'm an artist, have been interested in art all my life. I work for a puzzle company designing trick puzzles,so I get to draw as a job.

    Hi CHAIRUL, I have been in the ER twice and I am not doing well.
    My voice is going and reading and writing and it is all in my Brain.
    I have been 3 DRs yesterday. I have 2 sessions a week and I have a Microsoft SURFACE and it talks to me.

    I have had 7 medications and because I have little memory to keep me straight.
    I am going to bed because I am feeling worn out.
    I rarely do Blogs or some of it.
    I cannot use the computer because I have never good with the computer and now there is anyone to help me. Fred has great but he does not seeing very well.

    Spark is not very good for me these days One of the bossy boots and making things.

    We will get together, I still have Asthma and I have to go to the Drs tomorrow.

    I am 179 and I also said it I was wanted to be 176.
    Now I am 180 this week and now I am starting to get WRINKLES

    I have been sick still and I still can not talk on the phone.
    I have not eaten and the medication was not worth it. I dare to go out because I have to find a toilet. The PREDNISONE has made be thinner. I would rather not be ill. ((((HUGS))) PAT.

    Hi there, I am finally finished tomorrow, I have 8 years to do the job. I would go on but I have too many Drs to take care of my APHASIA.

    Tonight I have 2,999 log ins and you are the first to tell.
    I saw how many times I ran upstairs you to make sure every log in. I walked the rail trail and I had my fit bit in my pocket and it never did anything. I had big pockets. It dies not matter though. It's over, I have to try to get better. Pat emoticon
