Introduction Text About Me i'm in my mid 20s and have been overweight all my life. My grandparents were over weight with diabetes, arthritis & BP and I've inherited the weight part of it and don't want to inherit the rest. I work at a desk job and need to make an extra effort not to over eat and to get some exercise. I'm an artistic, fun loving person who wants to become healthier. Why I Want To Get In Shape I want: - to be healthy & energetic. - to feel light, great & more attractive. - not to fear falling sick or dying young due to my weight. - to be able to walk into any store and buy clothes off the rack. - to be a healthier me. - seat belt on a flight without an extension strap. My Inspirations I want a healthy life for me and my family. Wanting to get married and have kids in the future. Want to wear short skirts and sleeveless tops. Want not to feel conscious in a swimsuit.

Get healthy. Lose over 187lbs over the next 1.5-2 years. One pound at a time. (or maybe a little faster :))

Watching what i eat - trying to create a deficit, no matter how small. Exercising at least 3 days a week
