I'm well on my way to good health and happiness.

Active loser since September 2005

Fitness Minutes: 30,122

My Goals:
I've already lost sixty pounds by eating well, exercising frequently, and drinking lots of water. I plan to lose another forty pounds and make it an even one hundred lost! I'm looking for long term health and vitality to keep up with my two very active little girls.


My Program:
I'm giving my body what it needs, and I'm finding out what it needs better from lots of sources.

Thin Tastes Better

I eat lots of fresh, organic foods, high on fiber, low on processing. My favorites are raw almonds, fat free yogurt with ground flaxseed, egg white omlettes, oatmeal, and lentil soup)

I try to exercise thirty minutes per day, and I'm getting into a running program for the first time.

I drink at least three liters of water a day, usually plain but sometimes with a lemon wedge or a splash of cranberry concentrate (a trick from the Fat Flush Plan).



Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Palm Springs California. I'm still close to home.

I'm happily married with two great little girls.


Other Information:
I'm a sensitive soul, and lately, I'm struggling with keeping balanced.

I've given up reading or watching the news.

I have high hopes that the world will be a better place for my girls, and daily I strive to walk the walk in all that I do, from recycling to buying organic to packing my girls' lunches in reusable containers.

I love my ipod and can't work out (well) without it!

    Hey Glad to hear this COIL group is on the run. I've gained three pounds in a week. I was just telling kayla that i've relapsed Lol
    So much to do and dont' have time to hit the gym. I have to check out the link to the COIL group. I don't think I was in it when I joined ediets, so this would be new to me. :)

    We're COIL Reunited...I just sorta spit something out to describe it (I'm truly up for suggestion, and our resident writer extraordinaire could handle that responsibility quite well, I'm sure).
