I have lost about 30 pounds so far. I am eating healthier and making time to exercise. I still have a way to go but I'll get there. And when I get there I will be healthier and feeling even better then before. =)

My Goals:
I just want to live a better healthier life. I want to be around to see my family grow.

My Program:
 Watching what I eat and the portion size. I exercise 5 to 6 times a week some harder than others. I just keep moving and I feel better.
