GOALS !

1) Get down to my goal weight and/or feel great with my image.
2) Inspire at least one person on the way
3) Make healthy choices every-single-day

Hello, my name is Chelsea. I began trying to lose weight on June 5, 2009. My husband is in the military, as seen below. We have a little shih tzu, Daisy. She is all kinds of colors, but primarily black and white. We also have another shih tzu, Honey. Honey is orange and white. Both are my baby girls.

We are actually active people, but choose not to go out an DO things. We love canoeing, biking, and other activities. We just need to MAKE ourselves DO IT. Pretty ironic, but whatcha gonna do! Message me if ya got any questions or wanna talk! :D

My Goals:
Complete & maintain the physical standards (for men) for the U.S. Coast Guard:
--1 1/2 mile under 12:58
--28 pushups in 1 minute
--38 situps in 1 minute


-Be able to do 20 minutes on the elliptical without stopping
MET: July 1, 2009

-To be a POSITIVE person, no negativity.

-Weigh 125

-To feel confident about my body

5 lbs lost:
-Get hair style!

10 lbs lost:
-New clothes!
-New Bathing Suit!!! :D

15 lbs lost:
-Spray tan


My Program:
Exercise on the elliptical 4+ days a week

Burn fat by 40-60 min elliptical workouts

Start toning when I get some fat off

No 'bad' snacks

No soda, ONLY water and green tea

Eat correct portions and healthy

Always be on the watch for motivation and inspiration

    Hey girl! Thanks for the nice comment on my page. I have been working hard again and every little difference counts. I saw that you said you had gained some weight, what happened? My most recent blog was about how my father-in-law passed away and during that stressful time I gained weight from emotional eating. I totally understand how some of life's challenges can definetely make our goals harder. It sounds like you are determined to get back into it though and that is what counts. I hope everything gets better and on track! KIT emoticon

    As long as you're eating healthy, I think 10 minutes a day is good - better than no minutes a day, right? :) Maybe try to squeeze in little mini-bursts throughout the day of jumping jacks or wall pushups (can be done on potty breaks :)) How have you been doing? Miss chatting with ya..
