I have failed many times at changing my lifestyle and to lose weight.I want to change my life and lose the weight.I have decided to embark on a healthy lifestyle journey, i know that this is a lifestyle change & i just feel so pulled towards it.I am single & live by myself,so this is my time to change my life.

*To have a positive outlook on life.
*To exercise daily & enjoy my body in motion
*To be an athlete

*A cardio workout 3x a week
*A strength workout 4x a week
*Eat healthy daily
*Do a form of exercise such a cycling,running,swimming 3x a week
*To think positive everyday!
