Started SparkPeople 3/23/06. I had just given birth and weighed 210 pounds. I struggled a lot over the next couple years and slowly gained 20 pounds. My peak weight was nearly 230! (January of 2010) I had 95 pounds to lose at that time. December 2010 60lbs to go. March 2011 Just 45lbs to go!!! Goal = 135. And then I got pregnant! Great! And then I had the baby. And then I gained weight. .... I wish I could just not eat. Ten months later, I'm really struggling, but my hormones almost feel back to normalish.... I've been a Spark member for a long time! I love this place. I really want to get the book. :) Fast forward to 2020. I remember that 230, 210, all those huge numbers and I'm even bigger now at 250. I have a fourth kid and the same old challenges. I can't cook. I'm hoping I can spark myself into better eating habits once and for all!

My Goals:
I would really like to slim down, especially my tummy.

Be the active always moving momma!!! I don't know if it will happen, but man would it be nice!

Tone up, everything!!!

Keep my water consumption above 8 cups a day!

Look my age (27)


My Program:
I will be eating at least two servings of veggies per day. (yep, even if it is V8.)

I will consume at least one serving of fruit per day.

I will eat at least 3/4 of my kcals before 5PM.

I will not eat after 7 PM.

I will spend 30-50 minutes exercising 3 days per week for four weeks.

I will do my menu planning before I do my food shopping. (ok that's a little ambitious...)

Currently trying the whole vegan thing. Would love to have a freind or two that were "experts". Started Jan 2011. Have been very faithful until I tried a piece of lasagna a week ago. Had a headache the next day... coincidence? I don't know.

Highest Weight: 230
As far as goals go I would like my Body Fat % in the mid 20s. Thighs/Hips around 32. Waist around 29. Weight goal is 130 maybe just 137.
