My Program:
 Cutting out gluten and dairy helped me lose 15 pounds in 2 months.
Next, I am cutting out sweets and adding stretches to my routine.


Personal Information:
I have lived in NorCal since 1971, with a brief stint in Bongolo, Gabon to help out at a missionary hospital.
I have been married 37 years and have two daughters, one adopted son, and three granddaughters.
I work 5 jobs!
