Motivation is the Key to Success


I am 29 years old and I feel like I am at a starting point in my life. I am recently divorced and a new chapter is about to unfold. I am excited to say when my life is over, that I regret nothing. That everything that happened to me, made me the person that I am. That which doesn't kill me will make me stronger.

 Walking every day
Munching healthy
Staying motivated
Getting 6-8 hours of sleep
