I'm taking it one step, one day, at a time and it's working!
I've been overweight for long enough. I used to be incredibly flexible; In mid January I could barely move. But thanks to SparkPeople I've begun losing weight, have become stronger and more flexible already, and have increased my energy level. I think I might be getting younger!!!

To be healthier.
To reduce sodium.
To get off heartburn medication.
My Program:
I naturally eat a well-balanced diet. Just eating less, more veggies and less careless eating.
Planning ahead should make a difference.
And let's not forget exercising at least 4 times a week.
