Never give up!!!

I've been at this weight loss journey for most of my life. I am not one of those easy before and after cases. My weight loss is not a straight line, it's ups and downs and ebbs and flows. I refuse to give up though.

There have been many lessons learned along the way. Lots of bumps. All worth it of course! My goal is still there and I am still fighting the good fight.

    emoticon When I open up your sparkpage your quote or saying" Never give up" that caught my attention, plus I can relate how you been on this weight loss journey and the lesson that came along the way, and how your weight goes up and down. I been on this journey for sometime like 30 years and I came across lots of life lesson that cause me to lose some weight and gain it back, time after time. So reading your sparkpage, I will never give up, because now I know I am not the only one fighting the same battle as me.
