    You have definitely inspired me and peaked my interest in WW....I need to find something where I can reign in the food part as alot of the time I don't have the time to work out like I used to when I lost 50lbs.
    I am in the same boat that you & Shantel have been discussing that I also am not successful with losing without tracking and it irritates me to no end that I have to take so much time to do it just to lose weight?! like why can't I just be normal!?!?!?

    I think that's the same for all of us. It's very tedious, and I hate that I need it! Do you find weight watchers tracking easier at all?

    I do feel that escape rooms will not last another year, haha! It's fun for now, it just kind of got started here.

    It did & still does resonate with me! I often get upset at the amount of disrespect I have for myself when it comes to wellness & fitness in that I don't/can't consistently commit to something that ultimately is good for me & makes me better....yet i can commit to binge eating a loaf of bread & butter or a bag of sour patch kids! like come on!

    HAHAHAH Oprah is the bomb. Bread makes me feel like crap & I have even proved to myself by not eating certain things I feel phenomenal without them but then I keep going back to them. WHY WHY WHY!? addiction is a horrible thing.URGH, why can't i be the type to eat whatever I want? maybe in my next life ;)
