    It’s hot outside, but Fall is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge and work on your healthy lifestyle goals?     Welcome to Sparkpeople so glad you have joined us.

    Having RA is not nice but what I know of it (from my sister who has it very bad) is that you have to find the sweet spot with regard to exercise. She is now 81 and walks 45 minutes every morning and then again at night. She started with just 10 minutes - and though she has a lot of discomfort (pain) she says it is worse if she doesn't walk.

    On saying all that, please go to your sparkpage and put a little about yourself and your journey on it - this way when we come to it to say hi we can read how you are doing.

    Also remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will be encouraged and motivated
