Introduction Text I've been doing WEIGHDOWN (www.weighdown.com). It's an incredible Christian program based on the premise that we have been fearfully & wonderfully made by God. So, by putting God first and turning to Him instead of food, we will lose weight If we only eat when we are truly hungry & stop as soon as we are satisfied. My favorite scripture (especially when I want to eat something & I'm not truly hungry): Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty. I am married to a wonderful husband & have 2 puppy dogs. Thank you for visiting my page.

I want to lose 16 lbs. & to glorify God & to always do His good, pleasing & perfect will.

I live outside Nashville, Tn w/ my wonderful husband & 2 dogs. Just finished reading & watching the movie called Amazing Grace about William Wilberforce, an incredible Christina who fought his entire life to abolish slavery in England. AWESOME book & movie.
