The bubble-up pizza casserole is actually a Weight Watcher's recipe and it is a family favorite in my house. You can also change the "toppings" and add whatever you like on your pizza. I usually go heavy on the veggies although I have been wanting to try a ham, onion and pineapple one since that's my favorite pizza.
I have a few friends that have done the WeighDown program. I am in a weight loss accountability group at my church. We went through the book "Lose It For Life" by Steven Arterburn. It was AMAZING! It wasn't so much a food plan, but more about looking at the spiritual and emotional side of weight loss. You should check it out with your group if you are ever in need of a new study. I don't know if WeighDown is something that ends or not. LIFLis a book and workbook and then, there are food journal and daily devotional books that you can also buy to go with it.

Thanks for the positive support! When you join FLC team, check out the TEAM goals and click on Join goal if you want to participate in that effort. I usually join only the goals that I want motivation in. It helps to keep me focused on specific areas. This is a new team and should hopefully be fun and focused on health and activity while praising the Lord for his creation, ME(and YOU!) Don't overdo it at first, take baby steps.
