Introduction Text I have spent about a year off track. I am about 20 to 30 lbs above my lowest weight I got down to. I am really struggling to exercise and to not spend my whole day eating. I know that Through Christ all things are Possible! Its time I stop leaving a deafeted life. I have tasted the seet taste of victory and I am tired of living in this defeat. Through the grace of God I can be Victorious again in all aspects. Tank You God for Grace, Mercy, and 2nd chances.

At this point I think I want to loose app 52 more lbs. But I am not sure I guess I will just keep going and see where I feel comfortable. Numbers don't mean so much anymore. I feel so great and I just want to keep living my life to the fulliest. There are so many things we can't control, but we can do the best we can for ourselves and just trust God for the rest! He is the one all Power comes from anyway!

I am not dieting I am changing my life style. I am eating healthy and getting regular exercise. I am trying to make realistic changes that I can stick to for life. Hopefully a longer and healthier life.

I am living life again and it is good! 1-10-11 I am ready to be that person again. It really hurts to have to back track my weight loss tracker.
