Hello 30s and Mommyhood
Now that I'm 30, and a mommy, everything g has changed. My focus is more on health, and the weight loss is a bonus. Let's kick the 30s in the pants!

240- Tattoo
230- Spark Shirt
220- E-reader

If and when I reach 200, then I will decide where to go from there. Ultimately I would like to be around 180, which is nearly 80 pounds I would need to lose. One step at a time!
My Program:
Portion control
Snack control
Carb control
Hitting the gym 3 or more times a week.
Personal Information:
Currently an Occupational Therapy Assistant, working on my bachelors degree in Allied Health Management.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Paul.
Other Information:
I am in love with my husband first, and Vin Diesel second. If Vin could be my trainer, I would do anything he asked me to.
