My Brother's Wedding
My fiance and I split up and I now weigh the most I ever have. I work from home, I live with my parents who bring me foods full of comfort and calories. I feel like I'm going nowhere fast. I want a change.
Last week, my brother asked me to be in his wedding. It is 6 months away. Six months and I'm going to be in photo upon photo, not to mention in 3 months, I plan on moving to Boston. Lots of things are changing and I want to be one of them.
My fiance and I split up and I now weigh the most I ever have. I work from home, I live with my parents who bring me foods full of comfort and calories. I feel like I'm going nowhere fast. I want a change.
Last week, my brother asked me to be in his wedding. It is 6 months away. Six months and I'm going to be in photo upon photo, not to mention in 3 months, I plan on moving to Boston. Lots of things are changing and I want to be one of them.

Goal 1: 285
Goal 2: 265
Goal 3: 262 (BMI below 40)
Goal 4: 249 (Because its even better than 250)
Goal 5: 245
Goal: 230 (BMI of 35)
Goal: 210 (Down 100)
Goal: 199 (ONEderland)
Goal: 196 (NO LONGER OBESE)
My overall goal is to be a healthy weight but more importantly, to be able to fully participate in the activities I love like roller coasters, hiking trails, and athletic sex.
My Program:
1. Follow my own slightly modified version of the 400-calorie plan. 400 calories for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 2x150 calorie-ish snack (if I need them) and a 100-calorie treat in the evening "most nights".
2. Jillian Michaels Body Revolution DVDs S, M, T, W, F, S evenings with Thursday as the day off (because I have class and lab Thursday nights)
3. Zombies, Run on Sunday Mornings. T/R mornings, follow the Learn to Run One Mile program. (Boswell Park Loop)
