    emoticon I do wish you luck, we are all in the same hamster wheel of poor diet, feel yucky, overweight, UGH. You sound like you really need a healthy life style but weight is not a huge issue, like me who needs to loose like 50 lbs. As we all know the truth is eating healthy is the key. You will feel better before the scale even moves. When I eat bad, like at the picnic I went to today, I feel awful. emoticon A couple things I suggest, track your food and drink, this holds you accountable. It does get difficult when you are super busy, but look at all the info especially in Articles and Video, you can track from you smart phone if you have one. Joining a Spark Team is how you meet friends with the same needs and interests, it is under Community. I belong to Hopeful Hearts, this is a religious based very supportive group, but you need to look at what fits your personality so you get the support and encouragement you need!
