Taking a shot at healthy living


I'm a busy working mom of 3. I've struggled with my weight since the birth of my second child. I had the most weight gain with him and I am still trying to lose that weight. I had a great start in 2007. I dropped 25 lbs with good eating & exercise. Then I fell off the wagon. I gained some weight back. It was only 7 lbs, it doesn't seem like a lot but when you try those clothes on 7 lbs is a big difference.

I joined a gym and I am sticking to a strict workout plan. I have cut out ...

I am determined to lose this weight this time around and I KNOW THAT I CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!

My Goals:
Lose at least 32 lbs and tone this body up!

My Program:
 Eat healthy, drink lost of water, lots of walks, playing with the kids & work out 4 times a week.


Personal Information:
I live in Linthicum, Maryland with my husband, our two handsome boys and our beautiful daughter. Michael is 13, Chandler is 6 and Emmalee is 3.

Other Information:
 I love to read. Suspense novels are my favs.
