Introduction Text I am a Christian lady married to my high school sweetheart, (yeah, I know, we were just babies, but hey, it's worked out really well for us!). I have two adult children, one married, one newly married! I love traveling and seeing new sights. Being outdoors is one of my favorite activities, whether it's hiking, snowshoeing, camping, working in the yard/garden or just hanging out in the hammock, it's all good.

My goal is to be healthy and fit. I'd like to be able to hike a 14ner. (that's a mountain that's over 14,000 feet tall-it's a Colorado thing). I DID IT!!! I DID IT!!! I DID IT!!! July 27, 2013 Handies Peak above Lake City, Colorado 14,058 feet

I am going to the gym five days a week, using the treadmill, lifting weights, and taking various classes. I've discovered I LOVE cycling classes and am getting better at Pilates. And, I despise Yoga. Sorry yoga lovers, it's NOT my thing. I started Whole 30 in December of 2019 and am so relieved to not have to count every single calorie. It's working beautifully for me.

I am married to a wonderful man who adores me. What more can a girl ask for?

I am so thankful for Jesus. I am a born again Christian believer. I'm far, far from perfect, I'm trying to grow and be more what He wants me to become. Even when I fail, He still loves me and is always ready to pick me up, dust me off, and put me back on the right track. For that I am eternally GRATEFUL.
