When I saw the Sparkgoodie that you sent (Thanks so much, by the way) I couldn't help laughing, I am going through so many Kleenex that I keep a box by every chair or bed, and at least a portable package in my purse!!!!

Hi, I just read your comment about your neck hurting doing crunches. What I do is to rest the back of my head against my fingertips on each side--I don't interlace the fingers--and I keep my neck flat as I crunch up. That means I'm looking at the ceiling the whole time, not in front of me, at the wall or my knees. When I do that I don't strain my neck. And I prefer doing more crunchless core workouts, though sometimes it's good to do different styles.
