I have actually been here since 2009, but I quit and returned. I am continually trying to get it together and failing. I can say the positive thing is I fail all the time, but I keep on trying! I am still here, trying to work on my goals. I am Gluten Free because I have to be and low carb because I have Reactive Hypoglycemia. So I can't eat a lot of carbs, I feel like I will die shortly after I eat a carby meal!

My Goals:
*To feel strong and fit again
*To get down to a healthy BMI, which is 149# for me
*To manage my high blood pressure as best as possible.
My Program:
-Lower carb diet with a cheat meal.
-Strive for 10,000 steps 5 days a week.
-Complete Couch to 5K again in 2021, and actually do a race afterward! It's been years...
-Work in ST and Yoga as much as I can tolerate.
Personal Information:
Married, no kids, with fur babies! Currently I have 2 dogs, 5 and 8 years, and 2 cats that are 4.
Other Information:
I live in Western NY outside Rochester. We bought an old house 7/2015 and love it!! But there are things that need to be done, and we have a very large yard to take care of in comparison to what we had! I need to be in shape for that!
