Thank you for taking the time to read my blog You sound so terribly overwhelmed - take it slowly - forget about weight loss, aim towards making small changes to make your eatuing and living more healthy!! Set small goals, and set out to achieve them one at a time. You can do anything you set your mind to - however the temptation to want things "now" often over rides the main aim. We tend to forget how long it took to gradually put the weight on, and, in the same way we can’t expect it to disappear overnight!! The main aim here is getting healthy and fit and to stay that way for the rest of our lives - weight loss will follow!! Together we are all travelling in the same direction, time taken is irrelevant. Relax and enjoy the journey.
