Claire is on a journey to be fit and healthy.


Why I am here:
I am 57 and want to be fit and healthy.

My basic program:
Exercise, portion control, and water.

I will reduce my alcohol consumption. (Being realistic here)

Rewards:
Break 200. Celebrate by getting a new orchid.
Hit 190. Get new bathing suit.
