Hello! My name is Clarinda annd I'm a foodaholic haha.. But really I've been overweight for all my life I've grown up in a family who eats what they want.. Then in highschool I worked at McDonalds annd then I started college where I lived on fast food.. The weight just keep snowballing.. I've made hundreeds of feble attempts at weight loss until I found spark people which is so much more than a diet.. I've learned how many calories are right for me and how much fat intake is right for me.. It's hard to believe that I've found something that actually works.. I guess I just always have felt like I was doomed to be fat all my life.. I realize that it's up to me to change! It's mind blowing that I've almost lost 30 pounds! I've went down a size and my clothes are all to big! Anyone who sets there mind to it can lose weight! God Bless!

Wednesday- 30 minute cardio and strength
Thursday- 30 minute walk and kick video
Friday- 30 minute cardio + strength

Sunday- Free Day!!

Wednesday- 2 mile walk yaay

Monday- Day off for concert yay lol

My Goals:
My mini goal for myself is to go from 253 to 225!

My Program:
I count my calories and fat consumed everyday.. I exercise 30 minutes everyday.. I also do strength training a couple times a week! Lately I''ve been walking anywhere from 2 to 3 miles a day.. Who would have thought me walking 3 miles a day.. Anyone can do this!!

I love music and movies! I love comedies! Some of my favorite bands are The Dreden Dolls, The Hush Sound, Relient K, Bleach, Switchfoot.. The list goes on and on..
