    Yes those little cheats are needed every now and then...I get one for my Vday dinner with hubby and I'm so looking fwd to it. I'm definitely not gonna go overboard but it will be nice to have something different for a change :-)

    Just saw your comment abt the 5K...just enjoy it! They're so much fun...and I'm a whore when it comes to free T-shirts so I will run one just for that, haha. Just make sure to not start out too fast...you will wanna run fast because of all the excitement and adrenaline but definitely go slow first and then you can always speed up at around mile 1.5 or 2. Aww, so proud of you!! I miss running sooooo much, but none for me since it is not good for muscle building. Ok, also make sure you eat good quality carbs for dinner the night before... brown rice, whole wheat pasta, yams, potatoes or quinoa. And hydrate!
