RESTART - 5/9/14
Well now I have gone from 435 to 255, then in 4 years it went back up to 430. I want to cry, I told myself that I would NEVER... I even gave or threw away all my old clothes.
Well here is the plan, I will do exactly what i did last time, I will track what i eat religiously (down to the last M&M). I will make better choices. It was pretty easy before it just took time.
I know i can get it done, but can I keep it off???

My Goals:
I will lose more than half of my body weight.
I want to compete in an Olympic Weightlifting Meet.
I want to(DID) run a 5k on May 30th, for the first time ever. 57 Minutes
My Program:
On May 16th, 2010 I started the program Take Shape for Life. 1 week later I became a HEALTH COACH to assist others in accomplishing their goals. I am so excited about TSFL this has been the easiest program I have ever done and compared to any of the other major programs its inexpensive. Starting 4/15/09 I spent the first 8 months cutting calories and tracking my food and lost a lot of muscle from my diet. Then on Jan 11 2010 I joined a gym to continue my weight loss journey and regain some of that lost muscle. Honestly it was a lot of hard work to do it that way. I currently live in Yucca Valley, California. Its about 2 hours from LA and the OC if there is NO traffic.
