Well now I have gone from 435 to 255, then in 4 years it went back up to 430. I want to cry, I told myself that I would NEVER... I even gave or threw away all my old clothes.
Well here is the plan, I will do exactly what i did last time, I will track what i eat religiously (down to the last M&M). I will make better choices. It was pretty easy before it just took time.
I know i can get it done, but can I keep it off???

Fitness Minutes: 75,225

My Goals:
I will lose more than half of my body weight.
I want to compete in an Olympic Weightlifting Meet.
I want to(DID) run a 5k on May 30th, for the first time ever. 57 Minutes


My Program:
On May 16th, 2010 I started the program Take Shape for Life. 1 week later I became a HEALTH COACH to assist others in accomplishing their goals. I am so excited about TSFL this has been the easiest program I have ever done and compared to any of the other major programs its inexpensive. Starting 4/15/09 I spent the first 8 months cutting calories and tracking my food and lost a lot of muscle from my diet. Then on Jan 11 2010 I joined a gym to continue my weight loss journey and regain some of that lost muscle. Honestly it was a lot of hard work to do it that way.     Looks like a lot of us are here looking for you! Hope things are going well for you and that you are keeping healthy. My last few months have been difficult, with some gain but mostly I am hanging on. Trying to turn it around and work those numbers down.

    You are doing so good it is wonderful to see this, i do know what is it to lose weight it is keeping it off that is hard
    I went as 175lbs at one time i went down and up again but at lease i am weighting 205 now it is very slow but it is going down

    i am trying to lose some weight from here to may cause i am getting a knee surgery and it would help to have lose some more .

    I am still around - kinda fell off the SparkWagon!! But I lost 20 lbs last year - and maintained the loss through the holidays. I have an opportunity for a promotion at work, and possibly supervisor by the end of summer, so I have been trying to get the motivation to get back on track!!

    Looks like you have done well!!! How are you??
