My Goals for this year:

1. eat sensibly
2. drink plenty of liquids
3. 70,000 steps a week
4. be mentally healthy

my current challenge to myself is:

to be happy with who i am and how i am

previous challenges to myself:

get up by 9:30
bed by 12:30

drink water
eat well
stay in range on FAT
remember what time i start work!!

7 minute work out app every day
drink at least 1 bottle of water
log ALL food

5x5 challenge (5 days out of 7)

drink at least 1 bottle of water
do 10 minutes extra
do strength exercises
log everything i eat
stay in range

7x7 challenge

7 days 7 challenges

1. log ALL food
2. stay in calorie range (and watch fat)
3. drink a bottle of water a day
4. be in bed by 1
5. get up by 9:30
6. remember to take pills
7. no off plan food (no reduced cakes or pies from work or cheesecake etc)

7x7 mk 2

1) log ALL food and stay in range for calories and fat
2) do strength exercises
3) be up by 9:30 am
4) NO eating after 10pm
5) 10 minutes extra exercise (x trainer/ bike/wii)
6) drink at least 1 bottle of water a day
7) find one thing each day that makes me smile

    Heya, urgh, this pile of relentless crap seems never ending, I am tired of feeling anxious. I have my car back, the boiler is working, waiting on my legal team to see if I can get back the cost of the car seats we had to replace, and the excess I had to pay. But my engagement ring is just ruined, there is NO way we are going to find the stone.

    I try... and try, and I get my veg and fruit servings in, and I eat healthy meals, I am even still feeding my baby so I get to eat more, then it gets to the evening or weekend and I end up eating bowls of Indian snacks (last night, 600 odd calories), or Chinese buffet (today instead of coming home for lunch).

    I just really wanted to be under 200 by my big birthday in October, which I easily could have been had I stopped eating additional crap over the planned fairly decent eating, but no hope of that now.

    Being stuck at the same must be frustrating, but I guess it's better than uncontrolled gaining... silver linings and all that?

    Yeah, it's not so bad, but now I have 2 headaches, a hormonal front one, and an aching down one side one.

    The supporting gas struts are giving up, and they didn't hold up to the wind off the sea at school this morning.
