Welcome to SP Class June 3-9 team. You have the right idea about not being obsessed and not to deprive yourself of things that you like. We go out and eat a lot and I try to pick something healthy to eat, but if nothing is on the menu that I feel like will keep me in my calorie range then I either split a meal with my husband or I bring 1/2 home for another day. Either way I am eating 1/2 the calories and still get to enjoy foods I like. Good luck and if you need help let me know. Gloria 5055 days ago

Hey! Thanks about the comment on my picture.. I like that one too even tho my kids making a face..LOL Its ntohing new with him. How are u doing? Loosing any? Its soo hard today ive sneaked a fe sips of chocolate milk!!(some thing inormally drink glass apon glass of a day and ahvent touched in over a weeek till today! I seem weaker when my hubbys around...ahhh!!!! Im going to my last free class of CURVES tonite tho.. that should get me feeling kinda good again.. I did 2 20 minute walks yesterday and 15 minutes on my exercise bike.. Im really achy today !! 5057 days ago
