Hi, my name is Cortney and I am addicted to food. There...that feels better! I have been addicted to food for the last 6 years. Mostly junk food. I am glad that I finally came to terms with that!!! I am doing this for me and no one else. My husband doesn't want me to lose the weight. That's because he remembers what I used to look like before I became a mom and he just doesn't want me to go back to that!!!
I was one hot momma and I will be there again!

I am working in groups of 10 pounds from now if it doesn't look like I lost a lot I really did.

Goals for the month of March:
1) To lose at least 8-10 lbs.
2) To start eating more fruits and veggies.
3) To try more foods and not stick with just the foods that I like.
4) To think positive thoughts about myself.
5) Stick to my 8 glasses of water a day!

My Goals:
* To lose as least 10 pounds for the month.

* No more junk food.

* Get in at least 1 fruit and 1 veggie a day.

* Exercise for at least 15 mins every day.

My Program:
* I have been trying different exercise routines like The Biggest Loser 2 DVD and Carmen Electra Striptease Workout.

* I have been using only the stairs at work.

* I have a large bottle that I fill everyday with water to keep at my desk each day. (96 oz)

* If I eat out, I have been trying to order a salad.

Personal Information:
I am 24 years old. I am married with three wonderful children ages 7, 3 and 17 months. I work as a receptionist at a local clinic in LaGrange, GA. I am a country girl at heart. Most of the time I am easy going but don't make me mad...or else!

    I hope your feeling much better today. No your right moms aren't suppose to get sick or allowed. Drink plenty of fluids so you don't dehydrate and try to get some rest. Take your ME Time this week and take care of yourself.
