    hey girlie! sounds like you are always doing pilates - I wish I was that dedicated to it! I tried it a while back but it was way hard. Haven't tried it lately - I should drag my dvds out again and give it a try since I've lost so much weight and gained muscle - I might be able to do some of it now! Do you notice results from it pretty quick?

    hey Cory! I've had a good last 4 days or so - tonight's a little harder mostly because I'm tired and bored. I snuck a peak at the scale this morning and I lost 3 lbs so far this week! It energized me this morning but now I'm just tired. Hope you have a better next few days.

    Hey, good to hear you're doing so well today! I blew it pretty big today - it just creeped right up on me! Tracking the calories is really helping though! I saw the site on another post. I need to check it out. I was going through the Lose it For Life study by Stephen Arterburn before. Its pretty good. I need to get back into it. I already made a good decision to stop and get back on track tonight. Tomorrow will be better.
