    Great to have you join us on our little walk to Cape Town.
    Your 2 mile walk is a great start.
    I've guessed a walking speed of 1 mile in 21 minutes, so tracked you as doing 42 minutes which gives you 7 virtual miles. (We started working in virtual miles because, when we went from Lands End to John O'Groats we only worked in real miles. Judy would swim for hours and only earn 2 or 3 miles and most forms of exercise didn't count at all - so now we treat all exercise like cycling.)
    Anyway, I do hope you stick with us. Great to have you on board.
