 I have always liked strength training but cardio has been a hate/hate relationship. LOL! Since joining SP I have discovered a love for walking/running.

Working on finding alternate ways to deal with emotional eating.

 As you can tell by the pictures in my photo gallery, Akiko, is the fuzzy love of my life! She is a rescue, but I believe we rescued each other, she is such a blessing every day!
