I fall and I falter, but I will always pick myself back up and persevere. I return to SP because I know that SP works; the community, the support and the tools help you to become who you strive to be. Now I need to find what works for me. Every time I stumble, I learn one more thing that does work, and one more that doesn't.

I am a new wife, a future teacher, and someone who truly enjoys all that life has to offer. I am looking for the strength, the energy and the physically ability to get all that I can out of life and this is my next step. I'm glad to be on this journey and plan to make the most of it!

My Goals:
This time around my goals are noticeable, not just numbers. These are the things I worry about each day, and achieving them will mean more to me than a number on a scale.

- Not fitting so tightly into the desks at school
- Walking distances without becoming out of breath or heated
- Ride a roller coaster and go to an amusement park without worrying if I'll fit in the rides
- Walking up the stairs without losing my breath
- Looser clothing
- Painting my toenails
- Not having to worry about where to park and how close it is.
- Being able to hike
- Not falling behind when walking with others
- Stop sweating so much because simple activities are exertion!

My Program:
I've gotten the hang of eating right, it's a matter of continuing to do so and adding movement. I plan to do the C25K program three days a week, strength training three days a week, and activities such as Wii, walks and hikes in between.

Personal Information:

Other Information:
"The road to success is dotted with many tempting parking places."

"Nobody trips over mountains. It is the small pebble that causes you to stumble. Pass all the pebbles in your path and you will find you have crossed the mountain."

"When you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on."

"Fall seven times, stand up eight."
