Cowpunkmom is Back!


Howdy do! I'm an actor/musician living in Vancouver, BC. I'm back on SparkPeople after about 10 years because I'm seeing the need to be deliberate about my fitness goals. I'm still small and healthy, but there is more flab than I'd like, and I want to be stronger. I want my clothes to fit better! Good old Vanity! Ha ha!

Fitness Minutes: 1,185

My Goals:
I am back on track with tracking my exercise. I find if I don't make a note of it, I don't bother doing it at all.

My Program:
 I don't want to obsess over what I'm eating, but I don't want to not notice bad habits creeping in, either. I'm going to keep track of what I eat, and I'm going to stay active.


Personal Information:
I live in Vancouver, BC. I'm an actor and a musician.

Other Information:
 I am an actor and a musician, and the latest talent I've aquired is playing the upright bass. It's my new favourite thing to do!!

As you can tell from my photo gallery, I also enjoy dressing up. Never grew out of that...

    I just snuck in to say... wow...I hate moving so I'm with you on the busy...but I love the fun of a new place to settle into...I'm still working on settling into mine - and I'm having a party in two weeks! ha! I hope no one has to use the bathroom.

    I just feel so bad that I came up with that challenge and then got to busy to follow up on it. I don't want people to think I abandoned them.

    Have fun with the move - when do we get to see the pics from your magazine shoot? emoticon

    Hey...You ROCK too...I wish I wasn't so afraid of rollerskating because I'd love to do roller derby too...but I had a bad little fat girl experience on rollerskates, and have been terrified of them since. Which is odd, because I used to skateboard a bit, and even now, in my, well older years, am still not afraid to get on a board, even though I will most definitely eat asphalt at some not to distant point in the future...Andy's friends think it is soo cool that his mom will take a fall...and in their words "not even cry like a girl" LOL
