You have a greatmotivator for accomplishing your goals ... that adorable four-year-old son! Just think of the great role models you and your husband will be for him if you change your eating habits to ones that are healthy.
You will have to accept the fact that living a healthy lifestyle is a lifelong work in progress! You will probably slip of the path and that's okay. The important thing is to return to the path and not useit as an excuse to go back to the old ways. Set your mini-goals so that you will feel good by reaching them. My mini-goal for Fit and Trim is to lose 10 pounds by Labor Day. I would love to lose 15 but that may not be realistic.
There are some great motivators on this site. One is LaRaine and another is Quilthorse. I so admire the accomplishments of these ladies.
My daughter in law stamps and she makes the nicest cards. I love getting them from her.
