I'm Penny. I have been on YoYo diets most of my life. A few years ago I lost almost 100 pounds on Sparkpeople until...I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and put on a medication that made me gain 50 back. Medication is not in control of my life...God is! My body is His temple and I am determined to make it healthy with His help.

    I just realized that you hadn't commented on my thistle drawing!
    I have had a number of mishapsand setbacks. I must admit, I don't see God's hand in this at all. Which is good actually, because I had resorted to blaming HIM for the calamities that are occuring. However, neither of us were injured either in this wreck or the one in June. (Someone loosened all the lug nuts from one of our wheels. It came off at speed on a desolate highay.)
    Itcould have occured during a thunderstorm! But friends and strangers appear out of nowhere to help. I trust that there is a solution occuring as I type. I couldn't have said that two days ago.
    I was on the verge of becoming JOB's wife, saying" Curse God and die". If it weren't for my Christian Spark Friend's, I would still be allowing in negativity and self-pity!

I created both images using my mouse on a site called RateMyDrawings. It is kind of awkward using a mouse to draw, but Iam amazed at my results!
