Yep, finally some weight loss, I took my measurements, and am down in every area, an inch from my waist, bust, and neck. Three quarters of an inch from my calf, and hips, and a quarter inch from both arms. Almost done, am going to try and do all 6 days this week, hopefully I don't pass out from exhaustion. 3004 days ago

Pretty shi-tty for a while. I actually let myself get back into a dark place I swore I would never go again. Eating to "fix" feelings.. Hiding it, pretending I was fine. I wasn't working out AT ALL.. I now have about 2+ hours a day that I have to drive, and so I would make excuses as to why I couldn't work out.. that I deserved to sit on my big ole butt.
BUT! Sense got knocked into my head and I decided I had enough. I joined a gym locally and have been going. Physically, it feels like I am back to 300 lbs sometimes. BUT that is what happens when you slide.
It doesn't feel great right now, but I am finding my inner warrior again. Let's keep in touch and push each other, ok?? :)

Cassie!!!! I started on month 2 today and HOLY MOLLY, it was the fit test and the max interval circuit, so about 90 minutes of Crazy Insanity. I'm still wondering what about what I got myself into. 3013 days ago
