a new lifestyle not a diet
My weight has steadily gained and yo-yo-ed since graduating High School in 2003. When I took my senior pics I weighed 130. I plan on getting there again. I joined sparkpeople after my mom's 50th birthday January 2010. I was at my heaviest about 178. I was so embarrassed by the way I looked in the photo. However, I wasnt really serious about changing my lifestyle until summer 2010. In the the summer I started becoming active. I ran my first 5k in August and ran a 2nd in October. My husband and ...

I joined sparkpeople after my mom's 50th birthday January 2010. I was at my heaviest about 178. I was so embarrassed by the way I looked in the photo. However, I wasnt really serious about changing my lifestyle until summer 2010. In the the summer I started becoming active. I ran my first 5k in August and ran a 2nd in October. My husband and I bought kayaks and started kayaking a bunch. However, being active wasnt enough. In November I started being more aware of my calories and making healthier choices. I am a band director and I stay quite busy so I was eating things that were terrible for me. I also was eating to deal with stress. I plan to make lifestyle changes to a healthier smaller me! I love to be creative crocheting, jewelry making, sewing, drawing etc...

Broad: I want to lose some weight and be healthy. I would like to one day start a family but want to be in better shape
improve my time on a 5k
I want to have non-flabby arms when I conduct (band)
To quit eating fast food (except when traveling) and choose healthier options

-zumba video when I have have consistently done the cheap work out videos
-weighing less than 160 a facial
-weighing less than 150
