Hi Just a quick note to say hello and let you know I'm finally back from my summer travels and ready to start getting back into a Spark routine. I was getting pretty discouraged and frustrated at the beginning of the summer after 6 months of diligent effort and virtually no results. Now I'm working on figuring out a hopefully more successful "plan B". I've decided the first step is to start getting back in contact with some of my Spark Friends and posting on my teams again. I've joined the 55+ Female Team Challenge to "lose 10 pounds by Christmas" but so far am not feeling like the chance of success for me is very high. Hopefully my attitude will improve some as time goes by and I start getting back into the swing of things.
