Let's try this again.

Hi. Just wanted to update my page. I am happy to say that I have been consistently walking at least four days a week since February 2007 and additionally working out on the elliptical 2 days a week since September 2007. This is the longest I have stuck with an exercise program and I believe it is now a habit. I am really enjoying exercise now. I believe joining SP in October 2007 really helped me stick with it. Whenever I start to feel down or loose momentum the people and resources at SP give me that extra push. I have only lost five pounds since joining SP, but I had a lot of health issues to overcome. Now I am feeling way healthier and ready to push to lose some weight.

Hi, I'm CTrillo. I work on a computer all day, I like my job, but I have to really push myself to get in some exercise. In 1998 I started gaining weight, and now I am determined to lose that weight, one step at a time. I am 40 pounds over my "normal" and healthy weight. I don't expect to lose it all in one day, but I am determined to lose it over time without gaining it back.

    Hi Christine - I want to lose a good solid 5 pounds...the kind that doesn't come back when you drive by a pizza place. I have 35 to lose but that is just too much, so 5 at a time is my plan. 28 days, 5 pounds. More than reasonable. we will see.....

    You might be "slow and steady", I'm just slow. emoticon
    I think I'm at the point where I need to do something, not drastic, but definitely different since what I am doing isn't doing anything for me. I've put on a few pounds lately, which is obnoxious to say the least, but its no one's fault but my own. I guess I just have to figure out a new something to eat, or something to do and see how that works instead. Such a creature of habit though, change is hard....
    Its for a good cause though right? I can do anything for a good cause! Woo hoo! Go us go!
